About Our Trustee
Dr. Norman Goecke (aka Prof. Spira) is a spiritual teacher, author, musician, and healing arts practitioner dedicated to guiding seekers toward physiological liberation and Christ Consciousness through the principles of mucus-free living, fasting, and natural purification. As the founder of Eden Ministries Trust, he shares the divine wisdom of Prof. Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless Diet Healing System, helping souls cleanse their temples and align with natural law and higher consciousness.
After discovering the Mucusless Diet in 2002, Prof. Spira underwent a profound transformation, releasing over 100 pounds and overcoming chronic illnesses that had burdened him since childhood. Through fasting, internal purification, and deep spiritual practice, he awakened to the reality that true health is not only physical but a gateway to spiritual renewal and divine connection.
A prolific author and educator, he has published eight books on mucus-free living, including his best-selling Annotated, Revised, and Edited edition of the Mucusless Diet Healing System. His work has helped hundreds of thousands reclaim their health, break free from disease-causing addictions, and embrace the path of healing and enlightenment.
Holding two master’s degrees and a PhD in musicology, Prof. Spira bridges the worlds of scholarship, music, and divine wisdom, using his gifts to uplift and inspire. As the steward of Eden Ministries Trust, he is devoted to spreading the truth of physiological purification, natural healing, and the return to paradise consciousness.

Looking at the picture on the left, it feels like a punch to the gut.
Because that was me 22 years ago, weighing over 300 pounds…
Sick, exhausted, and barely able to get out of bed most days.
Sleep apnea left me gasping for air every night.
Migraines and sinus infections were my constant companions.
My constipation and bloating was legendary…jacked-up bloody stools everyday.
And the fatigue? It felt like carrying a 1,000-pound weight everywhere I went.
I was literally trapped in my own body.
Worse yet, I didn’t see a way out.
Every day felt like survival… not living.
But I Was Told By The Doctors That My Condition Was Genetic
When I was 12 years old, I watched my mother suffer in ways no one should have to endure.
Her health was failing rapidly…
Her legs were amputated from the knee down due to complications from diabetes.
And shortly after, she passed away.
The doctors told us it was genetic.
They said there was nothing we could do.
That it was just a matter of time before I faced the same fate.
At the time, I believed them.

But as my own health began to spiral out of control—
